Privacy

What we collect, why, and who processes it. Written to be read.

The short version

Surveys are anonymous unless you choose to share your email. We share survey results with the organisation running each project and publish combined totals only. We never sell or share your personal information. This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies.

What we collect

Surveys. Survey answers are collected through Typeform on our behalf. Optional demographic questions are used only in anonymous totals, and breakdowns with very few responses are not published.

Forms. When you send a message, share a story or submit a project, the details you enter are emailed to us through FormSubmit. We use them only to reply, and we ask before publishing any story.

Map. Map tiles are loaded from CARTO and OpenStreetMap when you view a map, which means those services see your IP address.

Your preferences. Your colour theme choice is stored in your own browser and never sent to us.

Your rights

We follow PIPEDA for visitors in Canada and UK GDPR for visitors in the United Kingdom. You can ask to see, correct or delete anything you have sent us by emailing Zaminali.okera@gmail.com.
